attempt to translate ebay.be in French

Hi,
First of all, thank for the great job on this tool.

I have updated as much as I could on the serverstring.xls list to be compatible with befr.ebay.be (french version of the ebay belgium site).
You will find in yellow, what I wasn't sure would be correct or what I could not fill in or what I just plain did not understand.
I have tried matching UK/US auctions to the BE ones to get accurate translations.
Please let me know if you need more information.
